Emotional Regulation is easy to learn for your self and when working with other.  The Tipi association has developed a short class for individuals and 2-3 day workshops for professionals, teachers and coaches.

All training focuses on the Emotional Regulation protocols themselves, with examples and explanations. No in-depth knowledge or extensive technical expertise is required or necessary.

Learn the technique to achieve freedom from emotional patterns

This training will allow you to regulate your emotional difficulties at anytime on your own when they are happening.

  • Gain more autonomy in your emotional life, free of restricting patterns
  • Learn how to regulate your reactions in the moment they are occuring
  • The technique is simple and accessible
  • The training is personalized to meet your unique needs

The training is 2 one-hour classes, with a few weeks in between:

  • 1st hour: How to apply Emotional Regulation with Tipi in the moment you are feeling an emotion
  • In between, practice, practice, practice
  • 2nd hour: Follow up to ensure that the technique is understood and effective
