Emotional Resolution (EmRes) is easy to learn for your self and when working with other. The Emotional Health Institute has developed a short class for individuals and 2-3 day workshops for professionals, teachers and coaches.
All training focuses on the Emotional Resolution protocols themselves, with examples and explanations. No in-depth knowledge or extensive technical expertise is required or necessary.

Emotional Resolution – Self (EmRes-Self)
Private one-on-one training, in-person or on the phone
2 x 1 hour
Learn the technique to achieve freedom from emotional patterns
This training will allow you to resolve your emotional difficulties at anytime on your own when they are happening.
- Gain more autonomy in your emotional life, free of restricting patterns
- Learn how to resolve your reactions in the moment they are happening
- The technique is simple and accessible
- The training is personalized to meet your unique needs
The training is 2 one-hour classes, with a few weeks in between:
- 1st hour: How to apply Emotional Resolution in the moment you are feeling an emotion
- In between, practice, practice, practice
- 2nd hour: Follow up to ensure that the technique is understood and effective
