Learn how to regulate your emotions when they happen.

Emotional Freedom for All training is used to accurately access sensory memories during an emotional event. And by simply paying attention to the physical sensations at the present time and allowing them to change until they dissipate, the emotion is resolved permanently.
Class focus is on the Emotional Regulation protocol itself, with examples and explanations. No in-depth knowledge or extensive technical expertise is required or necessary.
Upon completion, participants will be able to self-regulate their own emotional difficulties in the moment and as they arise in their life.

Part 1

During the first hour of training, our focus is on the Emotional Regulation protocol itself, with examples and explanations. Participants will be able to self-regulate their emotional difficulties in the moment as and when they arise.

A break between classes allows participant to practice, practice, practice. Experience will help them discover what they missed in first training and where they need refinement.

Part 2

The second hour of training focuses on what worked and what didn’t work, and why. Participants will learn how to refine their own work and learn from others’ shared experiences.
